50-55cm
For students and adults with a height of approx. 135-155 cm. We recommend a height adjustable table.
60-65cm
For persons with a height of 155-180 cm. Also suitable for taller people who want to use their VLUV at a table with standard table height.
70-75cm
For people with a height of 180-200 cm. We recommend a height-adjustable table, so that the legs fit under the table.

Whatever matters to your life, whether for pregnancy, nursing, playing or just casual sitting: Just follow our body size recommendation above.
Work
For ergonomically seated work, your table should match your height, as well as the sitting ball. If you are sitting at a table that is not suitable for your height, the BOL must be adjusted to the height of the table, otherwise it will not fit. Rule of thumb: standard table height = 65 BOL.
