First you have to check whether you have received the right product.
1. To determine whether you have received the correct outer cover, measure the diameter of the round top or bottom:
20-21 cm Ø: 65 cm BOL
25-26 cm Ø: 75 cm BOL
2. To determine whether you have received the correct bladder, you must weigh it:
800-900g: 55cm bladder
1000–1100 g: 65 cm bladder
1200–1300 g: 75 cm bladder
The size of the bladder is also indicated on the printing on the valve of most bladders.
If the inner bladder is the correct size, you can safely inflate it to the size of the outer cover. The material, a very supple, anti-burst PVC, is extremely flexible and can be inflated much larger without hesitation, but at least to the size of the ball's shell. Of course, as described, you need a good pump that can generate the right pressure. This is included with the ball.
The bladder may be a little stiff at first, especially in cold weather, but the material will expand and soften over the course of about 2 hours. After 24 hours, you can usually deflate the ball, which also softens it.
